The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. All orders shipped to Canada will ONLY be delivered to the customer's billing address that is associated with the credit card used during purchase.

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Healthy Essentials reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. There is a 15% restock fee for any product returned to us unopened. You need a RAN in order to send back any product . We have no Weight loss guarantee since this is a 90 day program for best results. The only return we have is if you have a letter from your Dr. telling us the medical reason he/she will not let you take it ( this would need to faxed from your Dr.to us before a RAN is given.) Your product would need to be returned no later than 30 days from purchase date and we do not refund on ANY opened product.....
